Junior President Plate - 08/05/08


The first junior 'Major' of the season was held last Saturday the 3rd of May. Thank you to all juniors who took part, the event was a big success and hopefully was enjoyed by everyone.

Congratulations go to Alice Davis who won the event with a stableford score of 50pts. The top ten finishers can be found in our results section here.
 
 
Girls Golf Day - 08/05/08

A date for the next Girls Golf Day has been arranged for Thursday 22nd May. Tee off times will be from 1700 so girls should have time to 'prepare' themselves before they play!

 
 
Longmore Shield - 26/04/08


Canford 9 Came Down 0

WELL DONE to all those that competed against Came Down in this scratch event. All players had a 100% record but Nathan Lake must get player of the match for winning both his games by 8 & 6. I think we play Ferndown in the next round. Another 9-0 will do us just fine!

New Competition Rules - 30/12/07

Please be aware that from 1st January 2008 there will be new rules regarding junior competitions at the club. Further to this, competition rules that were previously not enforced as thoroughly as they might have been will now be strictly adhered to. For more information please refer to the junior notice board in the clubhouse or the rules page which can be found here.
